Management Ability, Innovation Input and Enterprise Performance

This paper studies the endogenous relationship between innovation investment and enterprise performance through three-stage least square method, taking companies listed on Main board of A-shares in Shanghai Shenzhen stock Exchanges from 2014 to 2018 as research samples, explores whether improvement management ability can effectively promote transformation into perspective innovation. The results show that there is a two-way influence input performance. significantly growth performance, but its promotion effect relatively lagged. may weaken enterprise's motivation reduce future input. Management competence has significant positive moderating provides an important reference for balancing improving efficiency increase value.
